WEST HOLLYWOOD — The West Hollywood Sheriff’s station reports the following incidents.

March 2nd
Aggravated Assault – Other Weapon
8400 block Santa Monica Blvd
03/02/2020 @ 0415. A man was hit in the face several times with a glass bottle by another man during a dispute in the parking lot regarding money.

March 3rd

1200 block N Fuller Avenue
03/03/2020 @ 1200-1600. A woman removed a collectible knife from the residence during a dispute over a late rent payment.

March 4th
Aggravated Assault – Knife (Suspect Arrested)
8400 block Santa Monica Blvd
03/04/2020 @ 1855. A man cut the victim on the arm with a knife after being asked to leave the store. #01340. The suspect also committed another ADW Knife in West Hollywood shortly after this incident.

Aggravated Assault – Knife (Suspect Arrested)
8200 block Santa Monica Blvd
03/04/2020 @ 1845. A man stabbed an employee one time near his rib cage while being escorted from the store for trying to steal a tip jar.

March 5th

900 block N Fairfax Avenue
03/05/2020 @ 0122. Two men pulled a handbag from the victim’s shoulder and fled the area on foot. The handbag contained a cell phone and $3K in cash. #01348

03/05/2020 @ 2045-2300. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a laptop computer and purse from the rear floorboard.

March 6th

900 block N Doheny Drive
03/06/2020 @ 1815-2130. An unknown suspect pried the balcony door open to gain entry, ransacked the bedroom, and removed jewelry.

March 7th
Other Burglary
1000 block N Crescent Heights
03/07/2020 @ 2200-1530. An unknown suspect removed an unsecured bicycle from the sub parking garage of the apartment complex.

Robbery – Armed Carjacking
Carol Drive / Sunset Blvd
03/07/2020 @ 1900. A man was sitting in his parked vehicle when two men approached. The victim was punched several times in the face and one of the suspects pressed a sharp object against the victim’s neck and ordered him to get out of the car. The victim complied.

Vehicle Burglary
1200 block Clark Street
03/07/2020 @ 2200-1500. An unknown suspect removed sunglasses and $100 cash from the center console and golf clubs, an IPad, airpods, and champagne from the trunk. No sign of forced entry.

March 8th
Aggravated Assault – Other Weapon (Suspect Arrested)
9200 block Sunset Blvd
03/08/2020 @ 0144. A woman was hit on her head with a glass bottle by another woman during an argument inside the club. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies.

Vehicle Burglary
1300 block Havenhurst Drive
03/08/2020 @ 1400-1200. An unknown suspect removed a vinyl painted sign, $400 cash, and two suitcases from the trunk. No sign of forced entry.

WEST HOLLYWOOD — The West Hollywood Sheriff’s station reports the following incidents:

Residential Burglary, 1100 block La Brea Avenue — A man and a woman used force on the front door to gain entry and then entered a business that leases space in the building. The suspects removed a garage door opener and then forced entry into another business on the second floor and ransacked the interior. #01446

March 12th

Grand Theft, 1000 block La Cienega Blvd — An unknown suspect removed a purse containing an ID, credit cards, and $415 cash after it was left momentarily unattended on a table. #01477

Strong Arm Robbery, 8300 block De Longpre Avenue — A man was inside the bathroom when another man opened the unlocked door and punched the victim several times. The suspect pulled a gold chain from the victim’s neck and then fled the area on foot. #01478

Vehicle Burglary, 7800 block Santa Monica Blvd — An unknown suspect removed a Gucci bag and a purse containing $1800 cash from the back seat. No sign of forced entry. #01474

Vehicle Burglary, 9000 block Melrose Avenue — An unknown suspect smashed the rear driver’s side window and removed two backpacks containing a laptop computer, clothing, headphones, and sunglasses from the back seat. #01481

March 13th

Grand Theft (Suspect Arrested), 7100 block Santa Monica Blvd — A woman removed a large number of cleaning supplies, clothing, electronics, and food items and attempted to leave the store without payment. The suspect was detained by store security and arrested by responding deputies. #01494

March 14th

March 15th

Other Weapon (Suspect Arrested), 1000 block Sweetzer Avenue — A man swung a plastic pipe at the victim while walking on the sidewalk. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #01515

Other Burglary, 8400 block Sunset Blvd — Two men used a partially open door to gain access to the victim’s hotel room and removed a wallet and a handbag containing a cell phone, credit cards, and $300 cash. #01518

02/17/2020 @ 0000-0030. An employee was stabbed one time in the lower torso by a co-worker during an argument. The victim suffered a minor puncture wound.

02/17/2020 @ 1900-0800. An unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from a 2010 Honda Element that was parked on the street.

February 18th
Aggravated Assault – Knife (Suspect Arrested)
8500 block Santa Monica Blvd
02/18/2020 @ 2030. A man pulled a knife and threatened to kill an employee after being asked to leave the front steps of the store. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies.

02/18/2020 @ 0030-0800. A man removed a cell phone and credit cards from the bedroom after being invited into the residence by the victim.

02/19/2020 @ 1400-1900. An unknown suspect forced a kitchen window open to gain access and removed a wallet from an upstairs bedroom. The wallet was found by a citizen and returned to the victim.

02/19/2020 @ 0106. A man was walking WB on the South curb line of Holloway Drive when two men approached him and demanded his property. One suspect was armed with a handgun. The victim complied and the suspects ran to a nearby car and fled the area.

900 block Palm Avenue
02/19/2020 @ 2200. A woman was walking SB on the East sidewalk of Palm Avenue when a man approached and demanded her property. The victim screamed and the suspect ran away. No loss.

February 20th

500 block Orlando Avenue
02/20/2020 @ 2130. A woman was walking SB on the West sidewalk of Orlando Avenue when a man walked up behind her and grabbed both her arms. A short struggle ensued, but the suspect overpowered the victim and took her cell phone.

02/20/2020 @ 1436-1621. An unknown suspect smashed the rear driver’s side window and removed a backpack containing a check from the front floorboard.

02/20/2020 @ 1930-2030. An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed a backpack containing two books from the front seat.

02/21/2020 @ 0100-1230. Three men removed a camera, jewelry, bath tools, passport, and the key to a 2016 Mercedes from the interior of the residence. The suspects used the key to steal the vehicle from the garage. The suspects were renting the unit via Airbnb.

02/22/2020 @ 1930-0115. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a leather bag containing boots from the front floorboard.

02/23/2020 @ 1559. Two men removed cosmetics from a display area and fled the area on foot.

8700 block Rangely Avenue
02/23/2020 @ 0706. A man smashed the front passenger’s side window and attempted to remove property but was interrupted by the owner of the vehicle. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies.

02/23/2020 @ 2100-0800. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a suitcase containing medication from the back seat and paperwork from the glove box.
