WEST HOLLYWOOD — The West Hollywood Sheriff reports the following incidents:

December 2nd
Other Burglary
1000 block Edinburgh Avenue
12/02/2019 @ 1518. The suspect followed a resident into the building to gain access to the mail room and removed several pieces of mail and packages.

December 3rd
Residential Burglary
1100 block Gardner Street
12/03/2019 @ 1730-1400. An unknown suspect damaged a back door to gain entry but did not take anything.

Vehicle Burglary
1100 block La Brea Avenue
12/03/2019 @ 1022-1050. An unknown suspect removed a handbag containing checks from underneath the front seat. No sign of forced entry.

December 4th

9000 block Melrose Avenue
12/04/2019 @ 1800-1930. An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed a tablet computer from the back seat. #07950

Vehicle Burglary
9000 block Melrose Avenue
12/04/2019 @ 1300-2052. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window to gain entry. The victim is unsure if anything was taken.

December 5th
Grand Theft
8800 block Ashcroft Avenue
12/05/2019 @ 0011. An unknown suspect removed a jacket from the front seat and three pairs of sunglasses from the center console of the unlocked vehicle. #07957

12/05/2019 @ 1600. An embezzled approximately money while working at the business.

12/05/2019 @ 1319-2230. An unknown suspect removed mail packages containing clothing, shoes, and jewelry from the front door.

Other Burglary
8400 block Santa Monica Blvd
12/05/2019 @ 1350. A man removed a purse containing credit cards from the front desk area.

Residential Burglary (suspect arrested)
7500 block Hampton Avenue
12/05/2019 @ 0440. A man used an unlocked kitchen window to gain entry and confronted the resident in the bedroom. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies.

8700 block Holloway Drive
12/05/2019 @ 2245-0050. An unknown suspect smashed the passenger’s side quarter panel window and removed a briefcase containing a laptop computer from the front seat.

December 6th

8400 block Sunset Blvd
12/06/2019 @ 0100-0200. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a backpack containing books from underneath the back seat. #07977

1000 block Stanley Avenue
12/06/2019 @ 2230-2330. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and pushed the rear seat down but did not take anything.

1200 block Greenacre Avenue
12/06/2019 – 12/08/2019. An unknown suspect removed a briefcase containing a laptop computer and $400 cash from the trunk. No sign of forced entry.

December 7th

12/07/2019 – 12/09/2019. An unknown suspect cut the lock and removed a bicycle from the sub parking garage of the apartment complex.

12/07/2019 @ 2030-2300. An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed a purse from underneath the front seat. #08004

12/07/2019 @ 2300-1000. An unknown suspect removed a parking pass and keys from the center console. No sign of forced entry.

December 8th
Grand Theft
8900 block Santa Monica Blvd
12/08/2019 @ 2045-2100. An unknown suspect removed a wallet containing checks and cash from the victim’s purse while inside the club.

8400 block Sunset Blvd
12/08/2019 @ 0300-0745. An unknown suspect pried a rear door open to gain access and removed a cell phone, four bottles of champagne, and an envelope containing $435 cash.

Residential Burglary
9100 block Phyllis Avenue
12/08/2019 @ 1930-2330. An unknown suspect removed a laptop computer, boots, key fob and perfume from the interior. No sign of forced entry.

Armed Robbery
Larrabee Street / Cynthia Street
12/08/2019 @ 0457. A woman was walking on the sidewalk of Larrabee Street when two men approached her while armed with a handgun and demanded her property. The victim complied and the suspects fled the area SB on Larrabee Street.

Vehicle Burglary
1000 block N Harper Avenue
12/08/2019 @ 2100-0730. An unknown suspect punched the driver’s side door key hole to gain access and removed a roll of quarters from the center console and clothing from the trunk.
