Rosewood + Martel over at Mondette visited the just-opened Maison Richard this Saturday for breakfast.

Located on Stanley, north of Melrose Avenue, Maison Richard is the latest incarnation of the Michel Richard restaurant relocated from Robertson Boulevard after 33 years in that area.

The husband and wife owners, Thierry Hennequin and Huguette Coffyn, greeted us at the entrance while still placing flowers on the tables. With seating available only in the outdoor patio, the bistro had a cozy, family vibe, which I welcome.
