WeHo Celebrates Transgender Awareness Month

WEST HOLLYWOOD — The City of West Hollywood and its Transgender Advisory Board commemorate Transgender Awareness Month every year with programming throughout November.

The Transgender Awareness Month Official Kick-Off Celebration took place on Saturday, November 2 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Flaming Saddles, located at 8811 Santa Monica Boulevard.

The televised Transgender Advisory Board Meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 6 at 6 p.m. at the City of West Hollywood’s Council Chambers, located at 625 N. San Vicente Boulevard.

The Transgender Day of Remembrance event will take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the Center for Early Education, located at 563 N. Alfred Street.
