Mohamed Hadid’s Company Files For Bankruptcy Over Unstable Mansion

Mohamed Hadid's Company Files For Bankruptcy

LOS ANGELES (TMZ) — Mohamed Hadid has declared bankruptcy on behalf of his company that owns his mansion … this after a judge told him he’s gotta tear down his $100 million Bel-Air home.

Mohamed’s company, 901 Strada LLC, filed docs in federal bankruptcy court the day before Thanksgiving, declaring he has between $10 million and $50 million in debt.

According to the docs, Mohamed says his Bel-Air mansion needs immediate attention — it needs to be physically secured or protected from the weather.

That’s notable because as we’ve reported … a judge says Mohamed’s gotta demolish the 30,000-square-foot crib because it’s unsafe for a myriad of reasons and the property is a “clear and present” danger to Hadid’s neighbors.

You’ll recall … Mohamed’s neighbors and the city are concerned the mansion is on an unstable hillside and wasn’t built to safety standards.

In the docs, Mohamed says he’s over $386,000 in debt to a design and management company and over $200k in debt to a building materials company. He says he owes over $93k to a demolition company and owes over $35k to plumbers.

The bankruptcy filing raises the possibility that if Mohamed does not pay the estimated $5 million to demolish the mansion, local taxpayers would then have to foot the bill.

Stormy Daniels’ 2018 Ohio Strip Club Arrest Gets 2 Cops Fired

Published

COLUMBUS, OH (TMZ) — Two police officers who busted Stormy Daniels during her 2018 strip club gig in Ohio are outta work for what police now admit was a bogus arrest.

The Columbus Police Department announced its decision Thursday after it found officers Steven Rosser and Whitney Lancaster violated rules when they arrested Stormy on 3 counts of illegal sexually oriented activity. The department also said the officers lied during an internal investigation about the basis for their sting operation.

As you might remember, Columbus PD hauled in Stormy for motorboating an undercover cop . Ohio has strict laws on touching strippers. Stormy’s attorney at the time, Michael Avenatti , accused officers of setting her up and alleged the arrest was politically motivated — she’d gone public about her alleged affair with Donald Trump .

City officials ultimately determined Ohio’s no touching law should have only applied to regular performers and NOT Stormy, a guest performer.

Stormy’s charges were dropped within 24 hours, but she later sued the department and won a $450,000 settlement. The controversy also resulted in the police department disbanding its controversial vice squad following a federal corruption investigation.

The federal probe determined Rosser lied about the purpose of the strip club sting … saying he was searching for an underage stripper. The search never happened, and instead, they arrested Stormy. Two other officers were suspended for the arrest.

DaBaby Assaults Hotel Worker

BEVERLY HILLS (TMZ) — DaBaby likes his fans, but only so much, because when they ask for too much he might attack.

Check out the video … from a security cam at a Bev Hills hotel. We’re told the guy in the video is a hotel employee who followed DaBaby outside the lobby to get a pic. We’re told DaBaby turned the guy down, so he walked back in the lobby.

That’s when DaBaby and crew decided to administer some western justice, slamming the guy against the wall and roughing him up. The incident, which went down December 19, was a day after DaBaby performed at the Shrine.

DaBaby and crew left the hotel without further incident. Cops were not called.

It’s not DaBaby’s first run-in with fans. Last year he attacked a fan outside Louis Vuitton store in North Carolina. Also last year, DaBaby and crew beat a fan outside a concert in Massachusetts after the guy asked for a pic.

DaBaby’s attorney, Michael Heiskell, tells TMZ … “Any actions taken by DaBaby were likely in self defense based upon his recall of the events and until the video is thoroughly reviewed we have no further comment at this time.”

DaBaby is setting the record straight on why he pushed the hotel employee, and he says it’s because the guy was allegedly harassing him while he was in the company of his young daughter.
