HOLLYWOOD HILLS (TMZ) — Adam Lambert ‘s moving on up … and he wants ya to do the same above the Sunset Strip if you’ve got a pretty penny.

The 2009 ” American Idol ” runner-up is selling his 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom crib in the Hollywood Hills for a cool $3.35 million. It’s a contemporary beauty with the perfect amount of space to spoil your guests.

The crib features nearly 3,800 square feet of living space … featuring a floor-to-ceiling climate-controlled wine wall, home theater and gym. The master suite includes a sitting room and steam shower. Pocketing glass doors lead straight to a sprawling backyard … with 2 reflecting pools, a 10-person spa and a fire pit.

Not a bad way to spend the evening … especially with sweeping city and canyon views.

Adam originally bought the pad in 2014 for $2.995M … but he’s since moved on. He already plunked down $6.5M for a home that features an impressive 14 rooms. Tomer Fridman and Jonathan Siegfried of Compass have the listing.

Other areas where Lambert probably entertained include an outdoor, 10-person spa attached to that curvaceous pool, which has a waterfall flowing into it, and a fire pit. Fleetwood doors enabled his guests to flow from the inside out or the outside in, where they could nosh in a formal dining room with a wall of built-in, climate-controlled wine towers.

Lambert’s guests doubtless feasted on cuisine prepared in a gourmet kitchen with chef’s grade Viking appliances and a massive center island.

For more private pursuits, the master suite has killer views from two balconies, a sitting room, a fireplace, a massive walk-in closet, a bath with green marble, a steam shower, and a soaking tub.

Above that is a third-level space with its own entrance, which can be used as a fourth bedroom, a guest suite, a screening room, a private home office, studio, or a gym, as Lambert has most recently been using it.

Justin & Hailey Bieber Looking to Buy and Complete First Home

Published

LOS ANGELES (TMZ) — Justin and Hailey Bieber’s potential starter home is one that’s still under construction — but we’re hearing they’re eyeing it pretty hard, and could spend a fortune to get it.

Sources tell TMZ … Mr. and Mrs. Bieber have been looking at this monster of a home in Brentwood currently owned by the CEO of Playboy Enterprises. The guy bought the place when it was a vacant lot in 2014, spending around $9 million just for the land.

Now, he’s got a nearly completed property sitting atop all that dirt. It’s a 7,500-square-foot modern Mediterranean mansion — and as you can see, it’s fit for a king and queen.

Enter the Biebers, who we’re told are seriously considering buying it and completing the work being done right now — which, for now, is still being funded by the Playboy peeps. Our sources say Justin and Hailey might wanna pick up the baton and make it their own.

As for how much they could possibly spend … we’re told the pad could end up having a final price tag in the range of $18 to $20 million. Not to mention what it would cost finishing all the building that needs to be done.

In any case, it looks like it’d be a great first house they’d own together as a married couple. We know they’ve been looking around L.A. for the past couple years, but haven’t pulled the trigger on anything quite yet. To this date, it appears they’ve mostly been renting.

Welcome home.

The Most Expensive Home in LA Cost Jeff Bezos Only 0.13% of Net Worth

Published

LOS ANGELES (Los Angeles Times) — Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos walks onstage for the launch of the Fire Phone in Seattle. It can be hard to grasp the wealth of Jeff Bezos, the planet’s richest man.

Thankfully his decision to spend $165 million on a Beverly Hills mansion last week — a California record — offers some clarity.

For starters, there’s this easy calculation. Amazon’s stock, the source of Bezos’ fortune, bounces around daily, but as of the close of markets last week, Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index calculated his net worth at $130 billion despite a $833 million stock market hit Friday.

That means the nine figure sum he’s shelling out for the former estate of movie mogul Jack Warner amounts to only 0.13% of his net worth, rounded up ever so slightly. Not too many Angelenos could […]

Producer John Goldwyn and hotelier Jeff Klein list pedigreed Beverly Hills hacienda

BEVERLY HILLS (Seattle Times) — The 93-year-old hideaway tucked into the Beverly Hills area has enjoyed a full life. Past residents include Katharine Hepburn and Boris Karloff, who transformed the one-acre estate into a verdant retreat full of terraced gardens, rolling lawns, eucalyptus hedges, orchards and a rose garden.

These days, the home has been home to noted producer John Goldwyn and hotelier Jeff Klein.

Now, Goldwyn and Klein are readying the storied estate for a new chapter, putting it up for sale after five years of ownership for $8.995 million.

Built in 1927, the Spanish-style hacienda counts Katharine Hepburn and Borlis Karloff as former residents. The landscaped grounds center on a 5,000-square-foot hacienda brimming with Spanish style.

Beamed ceilings and vibrant Saltillo tile floors sandwich the living spaces, and custom tile lines the […]
