In addition to being an almost 200-seat restaurant, Bottega Louie is a world-class French patisserie selling its own line of pastries gift boxes and chocolate bars.

The 2nd location in West Hollywood is getting ready to open its doors and is looking to build a dynamic team of over 250 employees. This team is supported by skilled operators, highly specialized Pastry Chefs and an in-house design, creative and marketing team responsible for trend-setting merchandising displays and continued new product development.
