Free Gay Men’s Chorus Concert in WeHo

WEST HOLLYWOOD — Members of Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles will perform Quiet No More: A Choral Celebration of Stonewall, an original work co-commissioned by GMCLA and New York City Gay Men’s Chorus to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in New York City.

The concert will take place on Saturday, August 17 in the West Hollywood City Council Chambers at the library complex.

This year marks GMCLA’s 40 years of internationally and critically-acclaimed artistic excellence along with their ongoing commitment to serve the Los Angeles community and beyond by promoting civil rights, tolerance, and acceptance through music.

As part of GMCLA’s 40th Anniversary celebration, GMCLA will present this free concert event for the community. This concert is presented with the support of the City of West Hollywood’s Arts Division.

Important information about the event:Your reservation is held under your last name at the GMCLA Check-in Table starting at 12:30pm. To ensure a full and enthusiastic house for our Chorus, we ask that you check-in no later than 1:30pm or your tickets will be released, and will be assigned to someone on our Wait List. Please be sure to present your tickets or photo identification at the GMCLA Check-in Table.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know via email at mailroom@gmcla.org so we can release your tickets.
