(TMZ) Sporting another hoochie outfit, Amanda Bynes went clubbing in Hollywood again last night … for the 2nd time since her DUI arrest … and it was a disaster. Bynes — who drove herself to the Chateau Marmont and Greystone Manor — was seen texting behind the wheel … and she eventually backed over a curb in a red zone.

Amanda Bynes Arrested for DUI after Clipping Sheriff Car

Amanda Bynes was booked for driving under the influence early this morning in West Hollywood after she clipped a Sheriff’s patrol vehicle and then failed a DUI test. The incident happened at around 3AM at Robertson and Santa Monica Blvd. A West Hollywood Sheriff’s Deputy in a marked black and white patrol car was stopped at the intersection of northbound Robertson Boulevard at Santa Monica Boulevard preparing to turn right when a black BMW driven by Bynes attempted to pass to the right of the patrol car, colliding with the right rear quarter panel vehicle. There was minor paint transfer damage to both vehicles. Bynes was detained for an investigation and was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and booked at West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station.

Sunday Declared ‘Kardashian Day’ in City of WeHo

To celebrate the announcement of a new location for the Kardashian-sister owned DASH boutique here in WeHo, it has been announced that Sunday, April 1 will be declared ‘Kardashian Day’ in the City of West Hollywood. “We are thrilled and honored that the Kardashian sisters are officially becoming part of the West Hollywood community,” said a spokesperson at West Hollywood City Hall. “We hope that the presence of the DASH boutique will bring more paparazzi and publicity to this section of Melrose.” DASH will be opening at 8420 Melrose Avenue, near Melrose Place, in the former Faith Connexion space. The location is just over 2,000 square feet, according to the real estate listing.

Kim Kardashian was assaulted Thursday night by a woman who threw white powder all over her, and it was concerning enough to call out the fire department. Kim was at the London Hotel in West Hollywood for an event touting her new fragrance line, True Reflection. She was walking the red carpet when a woman threw the white power at her from behind, covering her back and her hair. The mystery attacker lady shouted, “Fur Hag!” Kim went to a private room, took the jacket off, brushed the powder off her hair and returned to the event.

Lindsay Lohan Strikes Nightclub Manager with Car

(TMZ) Lindsay Lohan struck someone while driving away from a club in Hollywood overnight, and then fled the scene … TMZ has learned. Lindsay was in her new Porsche when she left the Sayers Club just after midnight Wednesday. We’re told she was driving out of the parking lot when she was blocked by paparazzi and bystanders around the nearby Hookah Lounge. Lindsay made contact with the manager of the Hookah Lounge with her car and then peeled out.

Tyler the Creator to Pay Damages for Roxy Vandalism

(TMZ) – Tyler the Creator is sorry he trashed a bunch of sound equipment at a Hollywood nightclub back in December … nearly starting a riot in the process — and now, he’s proved it by paying roughly $8,000 to cover the damage. Tyler was arrested on December 22nd outside the world famous Roxy on Sunset Blvd — after the rapper performed at the venue … and went nuts on stage, throwing things around and destroying a soundboard. Fans took to the streets to protest Tyler’s arrest …

Prugo Pleads in Area Celeb Home Burglary Cases

One of the masterminds of the so-called Bling Ring charged with burglarizing celebrity homes pleaded no contest today to burglarizing the homes of reality star Audrina Patridge and actress Lindsay Lohan three years ago. Nicholas Prugo, 21, pleaded no contest to two counts of first-degree residential burglary before Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler, said Deputy District Attorney Christine Kee, who is prosecuting the case. Prugo is expected to be sentenced to two years in state prison when he returns to court on May 4 for sentencing. A restitution hearing will be held at a later date. As part of today’s plea, Prugo agreed to cooperate fully and to testify truthfully against the remaining three defendants — Diana Tamayo, 21; Courtney Leigh Ames, 21; and Roy Lopez, Jr., 29.

Stalker Visits Kim Kardashian’s Home in BH with Suitcase

(TMZ) – Kim Kardashian called police to her home in Beverly Hills when a stranger showed up at her gate with luggage … saying he intended to stay at Kim’s home — TMZ has learned. According to sources close to Kim … the man showed up late last night. We’re told he buzzed the intercom at her security gate and claimed Kim had flown him into town to stay with her — and that he was supposed to be working on her reality show.

Halle Berry’s Stalker Sentenced for July Incident

A Commerce man accused of stalking actress Halle Berry pleaded no contest today, the District Attorney’s Office announced. Deputy District Attorney Wendy Segall of the Target Crimes Division said Richard Anthony Franco, 28, pleaded to one count of stalking before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Dennis Landin. Franco was charged in July 2011 for allegedly showing up several times at Berry’s home in the Hollywood Hills, just above the Sunset Strip. He was arrested after she reported the presence of a possible burglar, according to police. Weho Daily reported about the incident in real time on Twitter.

Rapper Tyler the Creator Arrested on the Sunset Strip

Rapper Tyler the Creator was arrested in West Hollywood late last night after he allegedly trashed some sound equipment inside The Roxy on the Sunset Strip. The 20-year-old MTV award winner had performed at the venue earlier in the evening. ­­­Around 11:30pm, deputies were contacted by security guards employed by the Roxy and stated the lead singer, Tyler Okonma, of the group “Odd Nation” had just destroyed an electronic soundboard belonging to the Venue. Suspect Okonma exited the location and was placed under arrest by deputies for Felony Vandalism, due to the value of the electronic soundboard. As he was being escorted to a nearby radio car, the crowd exiting the venue, became angry and rushed into the street, towards the deputies.
