TMZ reports that that war between infamous rap star Chris Brown and his fellow West Hollywood condo owner neighbors on Fountain is escalating.

Souces tell TMZ that he is a neighbor from hell, parking in handicapped spaces, blasting music, and racing dogs in hallways.

TMZ has obtained several pics of Brown’s vehicles showing him clearly parked in spaces reserved for disabled drivers. Sources tell the entertainment site that Chris has been ticketed numerous times by the city. Now, the building manager tells TMZ that he will be towed if he parks there again.

His defense, according to his lawyer whom TMZ spoke with, is that the deed to the condo gives Brown two spots but the developer didn’t disclose that one was reserved for the handicapped. The building manager retorts that Chris is using other disabled spots as well.

The complaints go well beyond parking. Neighbors say that he is loud, disrespectful, and parties all the time. They say there is even dog racing in the hallways.

Adding fuel to the fire… someone carved the initials “C.B.” into the elevator door this week and police were called for a vandalism report.
