Dreams came true for one lucky senior citizen from Brookdale Senior Living when she is invited to dance with a “Dancing with the Stars” pro dancer, a life goal for this deserving woman. The duo danced to the music of an aspiring musician whose dream it is to have her demo heard by industry bigwigs.
Jamie Lee Curtis was honored with the Caring Heart Award, Hill Harper received the Empower Award and Jewish Family Services of Los Angeles, an organization that provides services to many residents of West Hollywood, was bestowed with the Leadership Award for their tireless efforts towards improving the lives of others.
Leeza also partnered with EXTRA and Developer of The Grove, Rick Caruso, to present Caruso’s Courageous Caregivers Awards to three special caregivers. These caregivers are heroes who show perseverance and optimism even when there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel and whose dedication to caregiving really makes a difference.
Hot on the heels of creating the incredible L.A. LIVE premiere for “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never,” Chad Hudson Events produced the star-studded Oscar Week benefit gala.
In less time than it took for most starlets to put on their make-up, Hudson (pictured with Leeza) and his team converged on BOA the afternoon on Thursday to work their magic. Following the eatery’s regular lunch-time, they had just a few hours to transform the space into the ultimate celebration of Hollywood style and glamour for the myriad of celebrities that arrived on the red carpet.
