Steven Barry Krumholtz, 51, of West Hollywood was busted aboard Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas as the cruise ship was docked in St. Thomas.

Krumholtz was allegedly taking orders for ecstasy, ketamine and meth from passengers before the cruise set sail from Florida on Feb. 6, federal officials said to AOL Travel News.

The Associated Press reported: “Agents searched Krumholz’s cabin and allegedly found more than 142 ecstasy pills, nearly 3 grams of methamphetamine, a small quantity of ketamine and about $51,000 in cash, the agent said. While waiting for the suspect to return to his cabin, two more passengers came to buy drugs, according to the affidavit. Krumholz was detained on charges of possession with intent to sell.”

According to the affidavit for the search warrant, his cabin on the ship was raided after a passenger was found with drugs and told investigators that he had purchased them from Krumholz.

Royal Caribbean spokesman Cynthia Martinez confirmed to the website Cruise Critic that Atlantis had chartered the ship this week – and that the line “maintains a strict zero tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs on its ships. We take various steps to prevent the transport of illegal narcotics, including working closely with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Royal Caribbean cooperated fully with authorities during this investigation and will continue to provide law enforcement with any assistance they may need.”
