Racked LA reported a few weeks ago about the James Perse store opening on Highland Ave and their $75 t-shirts, wondering how they would play in the “mixed-used, burgeoning but still rough-around-the-edges neighborhood.”

Now they report that a new store called Free City has opened, causing them to wonder the same thing.

They report about $295 cargo shorts and $158 pink sweatpants that can be found for sale there.

The space is massive, they say, and kind of feels like a cross between an REI and Urban Outfitters.
