Mondette has some photos of a new building called the City View Retail Center on West 3rd St.

The retail building features bright neon blue lighting (at least in color… unsure if it is actually neon that is casting the glow) on the screening for the upper parking levels of the building.

The lighting seems a bit shocking and overpowering and makes us wonder if it will hurt the eyes of the folks dining outdoors at Toast across the street.  Perhaps it is more interesting than looking at cars in the parking area.
