The sidewalk on Thursday night outside celebrity hotspot Voyeur is no stranger to disturbances involving paparazzi. Last night was no different, as there seemed to be an incident with either a paparrazo or enthusiastic celebrity watcher on the sidewalk.

A video from X17 captured the moments after the incident in the video below.

Toward the end, the camera person talks to the alleged victim of the assault. He says that Brandon Davis cursed at him and grabbed him by the neck of his shirt while he was trying to ask for a photo with another celebrity.

There was a security guard who steps in for a few minutes in a standoff while Davis and passengers in an SUV were attempting to leave. It looks like something was thrown out of the SUV, possibly after being thrown into the vehicle, and that’s when the security guard comes in and starts threatening Davis with going to jail.

People started talking about calling the Sheriff but it appears that things calmed down after an apology was demanded and received, and the SUV departs.
