West Hollywood Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Yogurt Stop store on Santa Monica Blvd around 4PM today on a report of a fight in front of the popular business involving the establishment’s sidewalk chairs.
It isn’t clear what started the incident, but Weho Daily reader Nick Stadler reported that it was a “shirtless guy in mortal kombat with another dude, attacking [him] with a Yogurt Stop chair.”
That matches up with the information we have about the Sheriff’s response. They were initially seeking a muscled man with no shirt, yellow board shorts and tattoos as the alleged aggressor in the incident.
Deputies were in the process of sorting out details about what happened along with what other victims or suspects were involved in the incident. Potential charges might include assault, battery and vandalism.
They appeared to be talking to few different individuals and may have located the shirtless man at an apartment building nearby.
