Via Eater LA we hear that Salt’s Cure has just opened on Santa Monica Blvd near Gardner St and Vista.

Salt’s Cure is a butcher shop, gourmet deli, and cafe with wine and beer.

Eater says you can look forward to eggs, sausages, bacon, biscuits, rolls and smoked fish with some amazing caviar.  Sandwiches dominate the lunch and afternoon menu.
