Our friends over at Mondette feature a new short-sale listing today located on Formosa Ave. near Beverly, just a bit outside of the City of West Hollywood but solidly in the area.  And it’s interesting to keep tabs on the market for nearby real estate as well.

Mondette isn’t a fan of the tile work shown in some of the photos.  We wonder, perhaps it is vintage and the owners have been trying to keep it?
