If you are an artist… illustrator, photographer, whatever… especially working in digital mediums, then you’re almost certainly familiar with the deviantArt website.
The site will be hosting their 10th anniversary party at the House of Blues on August 7th, 2010 from 3:00 PM to midnight. And it’s not just a party… there will be seminars, galleries, speakers and more as part of the anniversary celebration.
The event will basically be carving up the House of Blues into different sections with different things going on, almost like a mini-convention.

As you can see from the schedule below, there is some amazing stuff planned! Here are a few of the events scheduled with the deviantArt member names who will be running the shows: `Artgerm will even be teaching a pepper illustration class (holy cow), and `precurser will be teaching an abstract art tutorial (amazing)! Oh, then there’s also $endosage and $liquisoft, who will be teaching a photoshop rendering and perspective drawing class (respectively).
