Our friends over at Mondette’s Blackburn + Sweetzer posted today about a place called The House on Genesee.

They made their way over partly due to their love of Gabriela Artigas’s jewelry collection.  The House on Genesee is a home that acts like a showroom/boutique/gallery for the whole Artigas family.

While Gabriela was in Mexico, brother Alejandro and Teresita greeted them with just-made mint lemonade for a tour.

Hidden in a residential area off of Fountain and Genesee Avenues, the home is a place to buy art, view Artigas’s latest collection, be introduced to new designers, buy Teresita’s terrariums, and overall just chill out with cool people.
