Curbed LA reports that another round of price cuts has come for the 12 unit Cherokee Lofts building on Fairfax near Melrose Avenue.

They say that a two-bedroom, two-bath home unit that was originally priced at $698,000 is now $549,000.

The property is located at 751 N Fairfax Avenue.
