The Beverly Hills Courier is reporting news via CNS that a woman and her current boyfriend were charged today with the stabbing murder of her ex-boyfriend, Katsutoshi Takazato, at an estate on Carla Ridge in Beverly Hills.

Chie Alexandra Coggins Johnson, 20, and Scott Joseph Barker, 23, were scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon in Beverly Hills Superior Court, according to the report.

Johnson had dated the victim until recently, when she began dating Barker, who allegedly become enraged upon learning that she may have been physically abused by Takazato, said Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers to the CNS wire service.
