A man was fatally stabbed at about 6AM this morning in the exclusive Trousdale Estates section of Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hills Police Department told the Los Angeles Times.
The address on the 1800 block for Carla Ridge, is way up in the Beverly/Hollywood Hills, between Coldwater and Laurel Canyons. The police department shutdown Trousdale from Cherokee and Loma Vista to Doheny and Loma Vista, according to the Beverly Hills Courier. Neighbors were not allowed to leave their homes for hours.
Weho Daily can confirm that the Beverly Hills Fire Department was dispatched at that time, however police were already on the scene looking for the suspect, making us think that the stabbing occurred somewhat earlier than the report of 6AM.
Fire department personnel waited and staged their trucks about a block away, waiting for the “all clear” from the police before moving in to attend to the victim. That clearance came at about 6:30AM, however it seems that the man was quickly pronounced dead and most if not all fire and rescue personnel were released from the incident.
A massive search has been going on in the area, including with K9 dogs, according to multiple media sources as of about 10AM this morning.
