The folks over at LAist have been scratching their heads about all the nudity around town these days.  I guess we have as well, but maybe not as much as strange things happen in Weho all the time.

LAist mentions our previous coverage of the “underwear bandit” and had some sightings of their own to report as well.

But get this… they did some digging and found out that Nude Recreation Week just occurred! Could that have anything to do with the sightings?
